	Have a thorough state background check, along with extensive references.
	Have current CPR & 1st Aid training.
	Be over the age of 18 and have experience and/or education in the field of early childhood development.
	Be neat, tidy, dependable, and fun!
	Provide own transportation.
	Provide a safe, nurturing, loving environment for each child in their care.
